How to Enroll

Contact us by phone or by submitting your information through our Contact page. Our director will reach out to you.

The first step in our enrollment process is a short interview with our director to get to know more about your child and your family's child care and early learning needs. This also serves as an opportunity to have your questions answered. If we are a good fit for your family, our director will then schedule a site visit with you. During your visit, you and your child will tour our center, meet our teachers, and learn more about what we offer.

After your visit, the enrollment process may begin. There are various forms to be completed and others to be read. Once all forms are completed and returned and the enrollment fee has been paid, your child's space will be reserved. 

 

The final step is to decide on a start date. We will hold a spot for up to two weeks before your start date with the enrollment fee paid.

Available Schedules

• Full Day: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (10 hours max per day)

• School Day: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

• Half Day: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm

A consistent schedule of 3 - 5 days per week is required. A 2-day per week schedule may be offered if it fills the days not taken by another part time schedule. Please contact us to see what we have available.

​Tuition and Fees

Tuition varies based on your child's age and the schedule needed. Please contact us for our current rates.

• $75 enrollment fee / $150 per family

• $50 annual supply fee

• Late pick up fee if your child is picked up after their scheduled time

Your child is supported by caring, qualified staff who keep them safe, engaged, and thriving every day.

• Early Learning Program

Developmentally appropriate play based activities that build early literacy, math, creativity, social skills, problem-solving, and more are planned daily for your child. Our lessons and learning activities are taught from 9:00 - 11:30 AM each day for all age groups. During the afternoons, learning centers will be open for independent exploration allowing children to engage in activities that interest them.

• All Classroom Supplies Included

From art projects to sensory play, all materials and educational resources your child uses are included in tuition.

• Safe Outdoor Play

Children enjoy outdoor time in a secure play area designed to encourage movement, imagination, and gross-motor development.​

• Meals & Snacks

Nutritious meals and snacks that adhere to nutritional guidelines are prepared on-site daily.

• Daily Updates for Parents

Our ChildPilot parent communication app provides communication about your child’s day, activities, meals, rest time, and milestones—so you always know how they’re doing. Direct messaging also allows parents and teachers to stay connected. 

• Safe & Healthy Environment

Tuition supports ongoing cleaning, sanitation, adherence to licensing regulations, and maintaining a safe, welcoming space.

• Teacher Training & Professional Growth

Your tuition helps ensure our teachers stay up to date with training, CPR/first aid, and best practices in early childhood care & education.

• Fun Extras

Class celebrations, themed days, special activities, and other memorable moments throughout the year.​
